I need to be faster, how can the performance of each leg of the triathlon?

I am fourteen years old and I in triathlons last year. I be faster to get – Youth Triathlon Championships, but I have no experience with short race. Everything I have done, Olympic distance, and I can be found in to do about 2 hours 25 minutes. In the swim I am doing 1:10 100 meters per and 19.8 mph on the bike course. I really need to work on my that I do, one miles later, at 8:30 Clock to improve. Normally I can be a 5k run in just over 18 minutes … If you could help would be appreciated.

For swimming, just a good breathing rhythm and try to a precise stroke. Also, work on kicking drills. Lazy If the perpetrators of the swimmer. For running is to press the mold.
