Offenders in the Marine Corps???

My question comes in several parts. Firstly can anyone tell me if the Marine Corps is allowing criminals to get? Secondly I know that to enlist in the military in general, with a serious crime that needs a "moral waiver" can someone tell me under what conditions the judge will grant an exemption moral (eg, if the crime in question was of assault, arson, theft, or any other crime of high grade)? Thirdly, how a person in this situation to request a moral waiver? VERY IMPORTANT: I KNOW THAT THE ARMY This allows, but my question IS THE ONLY RELEVANT TO THE USMC.

The exemption is not granted by a judge, but by recruiting district commander. Yes, the Marines grant such waivers, in some cases. The decision turns on the nature of the offense, the calendar, the body's needs and other factors. To apply, go to the station recruitment and start the process. Tell the recruiter who has a felony and will need a waiver. That will help the relevant procedures
