Best way to make improvements for the fast pitch softball?

I seem to great to be able to hit from the eyelash Tees! My team an eyelash Practice focuses on your hands are not covered by the isolation of each arm and beat out a T-shirt. I am in this big, but when I proposed in my Batting Cage suffers enormous! Is there something I could do that I can try to fix it? I'm not afraid to work to improve, I need to know just how to do it.
