Question about beta fish disease?

I have a Beta fish (Akuma) in a 10 gallon tank with a yellow danio (Rambo), a stripped orange tetra (Guinness) and Japanese fire belly newt (Rocky). I've had these fish for about a year and a half without conditions or problems of any kind, that all along great. The tank is heated to 65-75 degrees F in winter, and has a filter in Nice with regular cleaning and filter changes. In the past two months or so Akuma has developed an eye pop (with the eye of the cloud) in his left eye. I bought metafix and followed these instructions and regular water changes will not disappear, in fact, has worsened. Now, their fins remain grouped together and he is not as active as he used to be. Help me save Akuma, what should I do?

If you can separate the betta fish cure and treatment of it.One was a salt bath. I used the same proportion, 1 Tbl. salt 5 gal. use of salt water aquarium. but a good precaution is to keep a little salt in the water all the time out.

Rambo, whose complexion is a deep crimson throughout the film, scales cliffs with his bare (bleeding) hands, and defies husky guards and scores of heavily armed Russian soldiers. There are many intense parts of RAMBO III, including a disturbing look inside a shop that sells machine guns and prosthetic limbs to mine victims, and several action sequences in which Afghan soldiers use American-supplied shoulder-mount rocket launchers against the Soviets. But perhaps the most memorable scene of the film is a close-up on Rambo, alone in a dimly lit cave, where he removes a bullet from his stomach and then performs a dazzling medical trick with the leftover gunpowder.
