Is it a good idea to take pain medicine during a football state?
I have muscle pain in my knee and my two Arms are probably out of running and weightlifting. Is it a good idea to take pain medicine, while in football terms do
It is quite well to OTC pain relievers such as acetaminophen take / acetaminophen (paracetamol, Tylenol). Or (NSAIDs, like aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen, all available over the counter). If You want to talk about prescription drugs, I would not on an opioid (narcotic), especially in sports. But if OTC medicines are not enough then, like other NSAIDs ketoprofen or ketorolac (Toradol) can be very helpful. But Toradol should be used only for a short period. So, yes, pain meds are in order. And in some countries Ketoprofen is a topical gel is available and usually very effective. Good luck
