Do you know if the Mosin Nagant UTG Tri-Rail Mount is good?

I'm looking to mount a scope on a Mosin-Nagant M91, but I will not do against gun manufacturers, drilling and tapping. I know sometimes a bold new is also required. I am also planning to use a stock of ATI made with him. Does anyone have a good idea for mounting a scope here? Thank you.

Easier way to show that the scope will be to get a browser type assembly which replaces the rise. Must use an extended range of eye relief (pistol scope). This method requires no modification to the shotgun, so it does not affect the recovery of the gun. Remove the assembly room, replace the rear sight, and no one will ever know who was there.
