What type of wood flooring looks good with dark wood furniture? What is the cost of installation per square foot?

All wood in my house (chair railings, cabinets) is a dark maple color. I love cypress floors, but am not sure if this match. Besides, the house is about 3,000 square feet What would an estimated cost. Anybody know of a good contractor in Dallas to make this work? Sorry for the long question.

The cost depends really brand you buy. Lowe's and Home Depot offers both installation if you buy the apartment from them. I think Lowe's covers a bit more with their services Installation from The Home Depot does. Lowe's will cover the relocation of the plant age, all the supplies needed to complete the installation (underlayments, glue, etc.) and also clean up the site when finished. I think Home Depot only covers the work and cleaning, but not any of the supplies. Anyway, depending on the brand, the average wood engineering careers around $ 2.6 per square foot in itself (if not special ordered), and then with a of the companies that you have to take $ 3.4 per square foot for installation, and Home Depot would have to factor in a little more for the provision of the facility. I contractors do not know, but two home improvement stores claim to be less expensive. I am also sure that the cypress would be good (the knots that keep all together). I love the look of maple with dark colors myself. Hope this helps!

She removes the bark and slightly roughens the log, then lathes it to the desired shape. Then the piece is placed in a kiln and fired for three days. It becomes encrusted with a thick layer of smoke, dirt, and impurities and must be polished several times with sandpaper. When the piece is smooth enough, she carves and decorates it. The final step is painting. Depending on the finishing style and the natural wood hue, a piece can take as long as six days to finish. It is lacquered several times and let dry for two days.
