Ankle brace …?

I mean really badly sprained right ankle three times in the past year, and I sprained my left foot at a time. In in title now. I have ankle braces, and they carry every practice. I think I'm always depend on them cause without them I would be afraid to run. Theres a meet up, and im not sure whether to allow me to wear the ankle brace to be, considering my ankle is healed anyway, and it looks be weird. In just afraid to take them down. Last week I moved my feet and ankles and wearing ankle braces. What should I do? I want to be a physical Therapist to strengthen my ankles? Is it bad to always keep my ankle brace?
