Simmons Scope Aetech mounting problems … Please Help!?
Aetech I have a Simmons 4-14X44 Master Series range … When I ride on the rings (Leupold 1 ") and tighten, adjustable switching wil not work. It's like the tube is too large. Everything I've read about the scope says that the tube is 1" … I just went to buy new rings just to be sure, but I still have the same problem .. Can someone please help Thanks !!!??? Entry for children, I took a gun from a blacksmith and has solved the problem. He was clutching a little tight, but when you align the scope, was adjusted (probably because it is a montage Cetme wasn't a straight). So they put him back to the factory from scratch and it works very well now. Thanks again!
ring too tight tight. is not necessary to man-mountain MIKE GORILLA GRIP when the scope mounting rings. Did you pick up some powdered resin? Than rubbed the inside of the ring will do more for the slip that over tightening the screws … breaking fields
